§ 109-84. Maintenance of control measures.

All BMP measures necessary to meet the requirements of this article shall be maintained by the applicant or subsequent landowner throughout the duration of the land disturbing or land development activities until the site has undergone final stabilization by establishing a permanent grass cover.
