§ 109-83. Required design criteria, standards and specifications for BMPs.

All best management practices (BMPs) required to comply with this article shall meet the design criteria, standards and specifications for the control measures based on accepted design criteria, standards and specifications identified by the village and described in the state department of natural resources WDNR Pub. WR-222, or the department of transportation facilities development manual.
