§ 66-257. Stormwater prohibited from entering sanitary sewer systems.

No subsoil, foundation, footing, window and door well or yard drains, unroofed basement excavations, cistern overflows, roof conductors or drains from areas exposed to rainfall shall be connected directly to the sanitary sewer systems, nor shall they be permitted to discharge indirectly into said sanitary sewer (Note: this is also WDNR and State Plumbing Code).
